Many people are getting sleepy and wanted to sleep after eating while still in working condition. Actually, this condition is not normal, because after a meal should be the body to produce energy that makes it fresh. But if you’re always sleepy after meals, you should know the causes.
Drowsiness is one of the marks given by the body to a rest. But if it was always sleepy after eating a sign that something is wrong in the food, the enzyme or the condition of their blood sugar levels.
