There are many diseases that can attack your breast. Therefore you must be extra careful to maintain your breast health. Prevent the emergence of disorders of the breast with some of the following ways:
First, make a monthly record. Regularity of the menstrual cycle can be described by way of counting days, not by date, each month. Also take note of everything or a change that is felt before, during, and after the continuation period. See your doctor immediately if you experience things like the following:
- Menstrual cycles less than 14 days or more than 35-40 days.
- The duration of menstruation for more than 14 days.
- Menstrual blood volume is very much (until you need to change the bandage to 10 times a day).
Second, avoid foods high in fat. Various studies have shown that the possibility of women who consume high-fat diet for breast cancer are higher than those who ate low-fat foods. However, not yet known whether low-fat diet could actually prevent breast cancer or not.
In a medical journal “Medical Journal of Indonesia” April-June edition mentioned based on research that drinking milk and eating lean meat is a significant risk factor for breast cancer. Similarly, food and beverage containing coconut milk, especially if consumed every day.
Third, diligent, industrious been doing breast self examination. Actually, to know the state of your breasts (whether normal or not), you are encouraged to do regular breast self examination. In contrast, the examination carried out every month, about a week after the menstrual cycle is over. Moreover, if the mother or close female relative you have a history of breast cancer. No need to blame the “lineage” of your family, for health maintenance responsibilities of the body, including breast, lies in yourself.
