U.S. scientists say an unhealthy lifestyle can cause children and adults at risk of stroke. The researchers looked at statistics for ischemic stroke, caused by blood clots, and hemorrhagic stroke, caused by bleeding in the brain.

Rate of ischemic stroke increased by 31% in after 5 to 14 years. There is an increase of 30% for people aged 15 to 34 and 37% in patients between the ages of 35 and 44. In all age groups the increase was greater in men than in women.

Statistics for hemorrhagic stroke showed a decline, except for the age group 5 to 14 years. Over half of 35-44 years of age is also having an ischemic stroke and hypertension

Dr. Lorna Layward, from the Stroke Association in the UK, said people usually associate strokes with old peoples, but a quarter of all strokes occur in people of working age, and approximately 400 children have a stroke each year in England.

“We know that high blood pressure is the greatest risk factor for stroke, along with other factors such as obesity, diabetes diet, poor and smoking,” she said.

This study, said Layward, inviting people to realize that a stroke can affect younger people, and everyone, all ages. Therefore, you need awareness to check blood pressure and running a healthy lifestyle.

So we must detect Stroke Symptoms early and change our lifestyle to healthy lifestyle now .

During this time, the accumulation of fat in the abdomen is identical with an increased risk of heart disease. But it turns out, abdominal fat can also affect the brain and makes someone slow to thinking or called weak brain. When researchers gave memory tests to the middle-aged people, known that obese people have fewer or less activity in brain areas related to the ability to remember facts or information. In this study also note, people who have abdominal fat will experience brain shrinkage, and also has a poor level of insulin sensitivity. This causes the brain function is slower and makes someone unable to think quickly.

A study conducted by the University of Pittsburgh in 2009 found that the brains of people who are overweight will suffer brain shrinkage by 4%, whereas for the obese will suffer brain shrinkage by 8%. Sudha Seshadri, a professor from Boston University School of Medicine, said, the cause of this problem is visceral fat. The results of this study have been published online in the Annals of Neurology in 2010.

“The greater amount of visceral fat, it will make the brain shrink. The smaller brain volume is associated with reduced cognitive function of someone.” said Sudha Seshadri, as quoted by detik.com and WebMD.com. Previous research has also shown other dangers of the fat in the abdomen, which can increase the risk of heart attack, diabetes, stroke, dementia (senility) and several types of cancer. This is because abdominal fat or visceral fat associated with high cholesterol, high insulin, high triglycerides, high blood pressure and other problems.

What causes blood pressure to rise? As an illustration, if you’re watering the garden with a hose. If you press the end of the hose, the water that comes out will be faster and faster. That’s because water pressure increases when the hose is pressed. Also, if you zoom in tap water, the flow of water through the hose going faster and faster because of increased water discharge.

The same thing happens with your blood. If you narrowed blood vessels, so blood pressure in the blood vessels will increase. In addition, if the amount of blood flow increases, blood pressure will also rise.

What causes of high blood pressure?

There are several things that can cause a person has high blood pressure. There are factors causing high blood pressure that you can not control. There is also that you can control so that it can cope with high blood diseases.

Some of these factors you can control include:

Salt
Salt can increase blood pressure rapidly in some people, especially for people with diabetes, patients with mild hypertension, people with old age, and those who were black.

Cholesterol
Excess fat in your blood, can cause cholesterol accumulation on blood vessel walls. This can make blood vessels narrow and blood pressure consequently increases. Control your cholesterol as early as possible.

Obesity / Overweight
People who weigh over 30 percent ideal body weight, are more likely to suffer high blood pressure.

Stress
Stress and emotional conditions are not stable can also trigger high blood pressure.

Cigarette
Smoking also can increase blood pressure becomes high. Habit of smoking can increase the risk of diabetes, heart attack and stroke. Therefore, the continued habit of smoking while having high blood pressure, is a very dangerous combination that will trigger diseases related to heart and blood.

Caffeine
Caffeine found in coffee, tea or cola drinks can cause increased blood pressure.

Alcohol
Excessive alcohol consumption also causes high blood pressure.

Poor Sports
Lack of exercise and the move could cause increased blood pressure in the body. Regular exercise can lower your high blood pressure, but do not do heavy exercise if your blood pressure high.

And some of these factors you can’t control include:

Heredity
If someone has a parent or relative who has high blood pressure, then it is likely he suffered from high blood pressure is greater. Statistics show that the problem of high blood pressure is higher in identical twins than identical twins are not. A study shows that there is evidence derived genes for high blood pressure problems.

Age
Research indicates that as age increases a person, blood pressure will rise. You can not expect that your blood pressure when the young will be the same when you get older. But you can control to avoid over the limit of normal.

So if you detect high blood pressure symptoms you should check up to your doctor.

When you perform a physical examination or clinical examination to the doctor, there is usually a special tool used by the doctor to check blood pressure. Tool to check the blood pressure is also known as sphygmomanometer or blood pressure monitor. There are digital and there is also mercury Manometer that is still commonly used for clinical examinations.

The doctor will perform blood pressure checks by having you sit or lie down, because it was the best position to measure blood pressure. Then the doctor will usually be binding on the air bag on his right arm on the arm unless there are injuries. After that, blood pressure measurement. The difference between systolic and diastolic pressure is called pulse pressure.

When checking blood pressure, there are two numbers that are usually referred to as 120/80. What are these numbers?

Systolic
The first number (120), ie systolic blood pressure, the pressure when the heart beats or beats (systole). Often called the pressure on

Diastolic
The second number (80) is diastolic blood pressure, the pressure when the heart is resting between when pumping. Often referred to under the pressure.

Once you know your blood pressure, you definitely want to know whether your blood pressure low, normal or high. The following blood pressure classification based on the number of measurement results with blood pressure monitor for systolic and diastolic blood pressure:

Endometrial cancer is a cancer of the breast, which is also known as uterine cancer. The uterus is located in the pelvic area and shape similar to a papaya or pear. 90% of all uterine cancers are endometrial cancers, and are the third most common in women.

The cancer occurs in the cells of the uterine lining called endometrium. Since this layer is growing form of cancer. Physicians do not know the cause of endometrial cancer, but most documents have a high level of estrogen in contact howsoever caused.

Endometrial cancer affects mainly women, experienced the menopause, especially those who are 55 years old or more.

Some risk factors include obesity, high intake of animal protein and fat, diabetics, women who have had breast or ovarian cancer, women with women who were tamoxifen treated, never had children, have irregular menstrual cycles and high blood pressure.

The good thing is that endometrial cancer is highly curable. Most women are able to recognize the symptoms early enough to be effective for the treatment and cure of cancer.

Some of the Endometrial Cancer Symptoms are:

Bleeding or spotting, starting at 12 months after menopause. This is usually the first sign and can not always be the result of cancer, but should be checked by a doctor.

Bleeding between periods in premenopausal women. This can not be a sign of cancer, but still check to be sure.

Be any unusual vaginal discharge, which is not associated with the menstrual cycle also a sign of cancer.

40 Unusual long, heavy or frequent vaginal bleeding after the Year of life.

A thin, white or clear discharge after menopause.

Bleeding after intercourse.

Pain during sexual intercourse.

Trouble urinating.

Pain in the abdomen.

Pelvic pain can also be a symptom, although this is rare.

Weight loss, anorexia, and fatigue are symptoms that can not be ignored.

If you are at risk of developing cancer of the uterine lining and are experienced none of the above symptoms you should check with a doctor. A biopsy performed to determine whether cancer is present or not. If cancer is present or suspected, a sample of endometrium is removed for further investigation.

Most experts agree that inhaling second hand smoke as hazardous as the real thing.

Note: The highest risk for heart attack demographic inactive over people age 50 years smoke.

What’s Next? Reduction of cholesterol, in many cases, it is about changing old habits, new habits to use a more robust, and make a list of medications help conventions such as statins or natural cholesterol-lowering the drugs if necessary.
