The Threat of Stroke From Fried Fish

Fish is food which very beneficial for the body, because many contain omega-3. But to eat fish, fish should not be fried. Because too often eat fried fish could trigger a stroke. Too often consumed fried fish will lead to a stroke, this is already happening in South America, such as Alabama, Arkansas, Georgia, Louisiana, Mississippi, north and South Carolina, and Tennessee.
