<p style="text-align: justify;">Snacking habits can add weight. Have among us feel, when watching TV makes us to snack. Whatever the show, the food should be around the TV.</p>
<p style="text-align: justify;">How did it happen? This habit occurs after the fatigue that affects the brain stimulation. When I started the morning until noon we are far from relaxed and comfortable, it decreases appetite.</p>
<p style="text-align: justify;">When the time is turning, and night approaching, that&#8217;s when the pleasure center in your brain looking for satisfaction.</p>
<p style="text-align: justify;">What to do? Do not eat in front of the television. Avoid chewing something while in bed. Instead, enjoy the food at the dinner table.</p>

<p style="text-align: justify;">Researchers from <em>Purdue University</em>, Indiana USA, found that <em>Capsaicin</em>, which gives a spicy flavor of chili, can reduce hunger and increase energy expenditure.</p>
<p style="text-align: justify;">&#8220;We found that eating red chili may help regulate appetite and burn more calories after meal, especially for people who do not eat the spices,&#8221; said Professor <strong>Richard Mattes</strong>.</p>
