This was revealed by a study in New York that said, if you start life together with your boyfriend or girlfriend and start with a honeymoon, then it can make someone lose control of their diet.</p>
<p style="text-align: justify;">Researchers from <em>Newcastle University of Nutrition Research Center</em> looked through number of studies on the movement of waist size to larger number of couples who were on honeymoon.</p>
<p style="text-align: justify;">Lead researcher <strong>Amelia Lake</strong> assume, that during the honeymoon period, a couple tend to try to please and impress one another. And unfortunately, they do it through food.</p>
<p style="text-align: justify;">In addition, the habit of traveling from place to place during the honeymoon, making a couple avidly consume foods that they rarely met, so be sure your diet is set.</p>
<p style="text-align: justify;">&#8220;Each partner must use the opportunity honeymoon period to make positive changes in diet and healthy lifestyle by working together and supporting each other,&#8221; she said.</p>

<p style="text-align: justify;">Conversely, avoid wheat flour, white pasta and white rice. Replace it with grain to increase the amount of fiber in your diet. Here are seven ways to add fiber to your diet.</p>
<ol style="text-align: justify;">
<li>Breakfast with grains cereal that contain at least 5 grams of fiber.</li>
<li>Read labels and choose foods that contain a few grams of fiber per serving. A good source of fiber contain 2.5 to 4.9 grams of fiber per serving. An excellent source has 5 grams of fiber or more per serving.</li>
<li>Eat whole wheat bread with at least 2-3 grams of fiber per slice for sandwiches</li>
<li>.Choose whole fruit rather than juice. Whole fruit can have two times the amount of fiber than a glass of juice.</li>
<li>Add nuts in your soup.</li>
<li>Try international dishes (such as Indian or Middle Eastern) that use whole grains and nuts in main dishes.</li>
<li>Make a snack as an opportunity to enjoy foods which high in fiber. For example, snack on raw vegetables with peanut sauce.</li>
</ol>
<p style="text-align: justify;">Increase the amount of fiber in your diet about 5 grams of fiber in a day until you reach the expected goals.</p>

In that study, researchers used mouse as subjects. Rats were likely to eat high-calorie foods after diet. &#8220;Hunger could make people more stressed. In mice and humans, active nerves while stress can make you  &#8216;thirst&#8217; for high-calorie foods,&#8221; said <strong>Tracy Bale</strong>. Bale also said, Junk food is food that can aggravate the situation who are on a diet.</p>
<p style="text-align: justify">Do the right diet so that the body is not stressed, still eat regular meals and avoid the party. If you stress because of diet, then you are indirectly sending commands to the brain to eat more.</p>

<p style="text-align: justify">Cholesterol generally comes from animal fats such as goat meat, cholesterol also comes from vegetable fats such as coconut milk and coconut oil. Egg is also rich in cholesterol. Quoted by <a href="http://livestrong.com">Livestrong.com</a>, there are 4 sources of cholesterol :</p>
<ul style="text-align: justify">
<li><strong>Fried beef liver.</strong> Even rich in protein, content of cholesterol and saturated fat in this food is the highest. Because in every 85 gramm of this food containing 410 mg of cholesterol, so it can give you 1.230 mg each time you eat it.</li>
<li><strong>Egg.</strong> Many peoples thought the high cholesterol only obtained from omelet cooked with butter. Whereas, the cholesterol was in egg itself, because even you boiled it, egg still have 255 mg of cholesterol. Fried it with butter will add extra 200 mg of cholesterol. To reduce threat of cholesterol, an adult who want to diet should only eat the egg whites.</li>
<li><strong>Chicken meat.</strong> If cooked without its skin, chicken breast (which includes in white meat) can be classified a healthy food because  it does not contain a lot of cholesterol. But, chicken legs, claws and wings (which includes in dark meat) have the same high cholesterol with beef and lamb. Cholesterol in chicken meat could be higher if cooked in stew. One portion of chicken stew may contain 300-600 mg of cholesterol.</li>
<li><strong>Sponge cake.</strong> Without another additional ingridient, 100 gram of sponge cake may contain about 260 mg of cholesterol.
