<p style="text-align: justify">The definition of overweight or obesity are very varied. But in general, obesity is chronic excessive fat. When a man&#8217;s fat content exceeds 25% and for women 30%, then they are categorized as obese. Why people can get fat? There are several factors, and that factors are :</p>
<p style="text-align: justify"><strong>-Foods that exceed the needs of the body.</strong></p>
<p style="text-align: justify">This is the main factor that causes obesity. Selection of the wrong foods can cause obesity. Always eat fried foods and containing coconut milk, avoid snacking habits, forget about breakfast, irregular eating frequency and always avoid rice. To reduce weight, choosing the right food is important. I will share some information that might be useful for you.</p>
<ul style="text-align: justify">
<li>Better to choose an egg boiled or poached egg THAN fried egg or omelet.</li>
<li>Better to choose boiled noodles THAN fried noodles.</li>
<li>Better to choose white rice THAN fried rice.</li>
<li>Better to choose boiled potatoes THAN french fries.</li>
<li>Better to choose pan-fried vegetables, boiled or raw THAN fried vegetables.</li>
<li>Better to choose fresh fruits THAN canned fruit.</li>
<li>Better to choose lean meat (boiled, baked like satay) THAN steak.</li>
<li>Better to choose Skinless cooked chicken (baked, boiled, baked) or made into soup THANFried chicken or cooked with coconut milk.</li>
<li>Better to choose boiled or baked fish THAN fried fish.</li>
<li>Better to choose pineapple, papaya THAN apple, banana, avocado.</li>
<li>Better to choose fruit and vegetables as snacks THAN sweet cakes, tarts, crisps, and other sweet foods.</li>
<li>Better to choose fresh water, juice with natural sugars (not artificial sweeteners) or without sugar THAN soda, alcohol, syrup and fruit juice in cans.</li>
<li>Better to choose clear soup containing vegetables and fruit THAN condensed soup or cream soup with cheese.</li>
<li>Better to choose <span style="text-decoration: underline"><a href="http://www.google.co.id/images?hl=id&amp;source=imghp&amp;biw=1280&amp;bih=505&amp;q=sherbet&amp;btnG=Telusuri+Gambar&amp;gbv=2&amp;aq=f&amp;aqi=&amp;aql=&amp;oq=&amp;gs_rfai=">sherbet</a> </span>THAN ice cream.</li>
<li>Better to choose fruit pudding THAN pudding with chocolate and sugar.</li>
<li>Better to choose pickled vegetables THAN mayonnaise salad.</li>
<li>Better to choose multiply portions of vegetables THAN portions of rice.</li>
<li>Better to choose fresh water after eating THAN beverages that contain sugar.</li>

<h2 style="text-align: justify">-Heredity.</h2>
<p style="text-align: justify">Hereditary factors may influence the occurrence of obesity. The effect itself was not yet clear, but there is evidence supporting the fact that the heredity is the cause of obesity.From the results of nutrition research in the United States, reported that children of normal parents have a 10% chance of being fat. Opportunities will be increased to 40-50% if one parent is obese, and will increase to 70-80% if both parents suffer from obesity.</p>
<h2 style="text-align: justify">-Hormonal Factors.</h2>
<p style="text-align: justify">In women who have menopause, thyroid hormone function will decrease. If this has happened, then the ability to use energy will be reduced. It is seen by decreasing the body&#8217;s metabolism and cause obesity.</p>
<h2 style="text-align: justify">-Low basal metabolism.</h2>
<p style="text-align: justify">This is where the energy is slowly melted into glycogen, so that more fat is stored in the body. If not do exercise and proper diet, then you have a tendency to grow fat.</p>

Therefore you must be extra careful to maintain your breast health. <p style="text-align: justify;">First, make a monthly record. Regularity of the <strong>menstrual cycle</strong> can be described by way of counting days, not by date, each month. Also take note of everything or a change that is felt before, during, and after the continuation period. See your doctor immediately if you experience things like the following:</p>
<ul>
<li style="text-align: justify;">Menstrual cycles less than 14 days or more than 35-40 days.</li>
<li style="text-align: justify;">The duration of menstruation for more than 14 days.</li>
<li style="text-align: justify;">Menstrual blood volume is very much (until you need to change the bandage to 10 times a day).</li>

<p style="text-align: justify;">Second, avoid <strong>foods high in fat</strong>. Various studies have shown that the possibility of women who consume high-fat diet for <strong>breast cancer</strong> are higher than those who ate low-fat foods. However, not yet known whether low-fat diet could actually prevent breast cancer or not.</p>
<p style="text-align: justify;">In a medical journal &#8220;Medical Journal of Indonesia&#8221; April-June edition mentioned based on research that drinking milk and eating lean meat is a significant<strong> risk factor for breast cancer.</strong> Similarly, food and beverage containing coconut milk, especially if consumed every day.</p>
<p style="text-align: justify;">Third, diligent, industrious been doing <strong>breast self examination</strong>. Actually, to know the state of your breasts (whether normal or not), you are encouraged to do regular breast self examination. In contrast, the examination carried out every month, about a week after the menstrual cycle is over. Moreover, if the mother or close female relative you have a history of breast cancer. No need to blame the &#8220;lineage&#8221; of your family, for <strong>health maintenance </strong>responsibilities of the body, including breast, lies in yourself.</p>
