Many people don’t like breakfast with bread because it make hungry fast, so rice be an alternative. Do you know why bread making hungry faster than rice? Besides, complex carbohydrates can be stored in the liver and muscles as glycogen (a substance before glucose). When the body lacks the energy, the glycogen will turn into energy. If you want to eat bread at breakfast, then eating bread made from wheat. Wheat bread enough to withstand hunger.
