Not few people who are lazy to drink water, especially in a cold room or cold regions. It is better not to obey that laziness, because there are fatal effects if lazy to drink water.
Water is the biggest component in human body. its content is in accordance with age :
- Infant = 80%
- Adult =60%
- Old = 50%
Water is an important substance which act as solvents, catalysts, lubricants, regulating body temperature, a provider of minerals and electrolytes. Much water a person needs depends on the size of his/her body. although the need for water in each person is different, according to Professor Hiromi Shinya MD, enzyme expert and professor of medicine at Albert Einstein College of Medicine USA, try to get a supply of water 6-8 glasses per day (1.5 to 2 liters) for adults.

- Do not let your body dehydrated because cause fluid in the brain decline, oxygen supply which suppose to be flow to the brain decreases. As a result, brain cells become inactive and not developing, may also shrink.
- If the brain don’t get adequate water intake, there will be disruption on cognitive brain. The brain can not function normally, especially on cognitive brain which eventually makes someone become senile, slow and lacking concentration.
- Dehydration can cause fatigue, thirst, dry throat, fever, headache, dark urine, rapid pulse, until severe symptoms such as hallucinations and death.
- Prone to bladder infections, because bacteria do not come out due to lack of drinking. Bladder infection symptoms can include increased body temperature, pain when pee, urge to pee which not restrained and pain in the pubic bone when pressed. Sometimes there is blood in urine.
- Woman should more often to drink water because the length of urinary tract is shorter than men. Drink lots of water to prevent bladder infections.
- Skin becomes dull, because of lack of drinking making capillary line work was not optimal.
- Distrupt kidney function. Water is important to prevent kidney stones, because water make kidney stone-forming components become easier out with urine.
