Nosebleed or epistaxis, is caused by the rupture of a thin membrane that limits the nostril. The blood will be stopped out if it is lumpy. Generally nosebleed caused by a blow or impact on the nose, scrape or remove fluid too hard, hot or humid conditions can also be the trigger.
When nosebleed happens, usually most people will look up to stop the bleeding. This is wrong. Because it is dangerous for people who suffered nosebleed. If you look up while nosebleed, the blood which should come out, will into the throat and clog the respiratory tract. That process will trigger someone to puke, and the blood can irritate the stomach.
