Natural disasters, like earthquakes, often accompanied  disease outbreaks or epidemics. This condition is triggered by the body aren’t immediately buried or refugee camps aren’t hygienic. Destruction of public facilities, such as public toilets, septic tanks, sewage waste, wells, garbage disposal, clean water, require “Emergency response” which is handling temporary.  Therefore, in these conditions is needed programs and facilities that are practicaly and optimal.
