<p style="text-align: justify;">Wine, cocktails, and beer is known have high sugar content. However, researchers from <em>Navarro University</em> in Spain found that drinking alcohol in reasonable doses every day can actually help maintain weight.</p>
<p style="text-align: justify;">According to them, people who drank wine and dieting can more easily lose weight than those who stopped taking it, or than those who drank other types of alcohol.</p>
<p style="text-align: justify;">&#8221;Mild to moderate intake of alcohol, especially wine, may contribute more to fight rather than gain weight,&#8221; the researchers said.</p>
<p style="text-align: justify;">The researchers said they analyzed the results of 31 studies and found no association between drinking alcohol in a reasonable dose and body weight.</p>

Therefore, after a session of hypnosis therapy the body will react as if they had to do surgery so they would eat in small portions and not going to be easy to feel hungry as before. Of course, with lower food intake, the patient will be able to lose weight and body circumference without the hassle of dieting.</p>
<p style="text-align: justify;">The funny thing is, this is all done through hypnotic techniques in a comfortable therapy clinic without going through a sharp knife and all the risks inherent in operating a surgical procedure. Mind procedure called gastric band has done by about 600 patients since 2008, and is very popular, so this one&#8217;s ASST reportedly had to wait up to 3 months to get one session <em>Mind Gastric Bands</em> in the clinic.</p>
<p style="text-align: justify;">A Mind Gastric Band patient tell us that she can remember what happens during the procedure. She felt relaxed throughout the procedure in which the senses can hear and smell as well as activities that occur like atmosphere in the hospital. She felt herself taken to the operating room with a bed with wheels for surgery. She was later heard Marion Shirran which led her to find out events like an operating room procedure &#8220;Gastric Band Surgery&#8221;. Marion later told that the operation has been successfully implemented and now the patient will feel full after eating 5-6 bites of food.</p>
<p style="text-align: justify;">The patient then returned home from the clinic with feeling a little confused, but since then her appetite disappeared. She was just hungry at breakfast, lunch, and dinner, and after a meal she feels very full and could not eat anymore. She also said that she knew she was not really through a surgery, but her body reacted like someone who through a Gastric Band Surgery.</p>
<p style="text-align: justify;">Are the procedures offered by Mind Gastric band has proven to be effective for everyone? There are no studies written on this subject. However, many people from around the world who are so tempted by the results that they have heard so many people do not hesitate to wait and pay dearly, although a patient reported to have reached at least 1.000 to 1.500 Euros for a single session of Mind Gastric Band.</p>

<p style="text-align: justify;">Snacking habits can add weight. Have among us feel, when watching TV makes us to snack. Whatever the show, the food should be around the TV.</p>
<p style="text-align: justify;">How did it happen? This habit occurs after the fatigue that affects the brain stimulation. When I started the morning until noon we are far from relaxed and comfortable, it decreases appetite.</p>
<p style="text-align: justify;">When the time is turning, and night approaching, that&#8217;s when the pleasure center in your brain looking for satisfaction.</p>
<p style="text-align: justify;">What to do? Do not eat in front of the television. Avoid chewing something while in bed. Instead, enjoy the food at the dinner table.</p>

This was revealed by a study in New York that said, if you start life together with your boyfriend or girlfriend and start with a honeymoon, then it can make someone lose control of their diet.</p>
<p style="text-align: justify;">Researchers from <em>Newcastle University of Nutrition Research Center</em> looked through number of studies on the movement of waist size to larger number of couples who were on honeymoon.</p>
<p style="text-align: justify;">Lead researcher <strong>Amelia Lake</strong> assume, that during the honeymoon period, a couple tend to try to please and impress one another. And unfortunately, they do it through food.</p>
<p style="text-align: justify;">In addition, the habit of traveling from place to place during the honeymoon, making a couple avidly consume foods that they rarely met, so be sure your diet is set.</p>
<p style="text-align: justify;">&#8220;Each partner must use the opportunity honeymoon period to make positive changes in diet and healthy lifestyle by working together and supporting each other,&#8221; she said.</p>
<p style="text-align: justify;">This demonstrates the need for each partner to make a commitment at the beginning of the relationship, about diet and healthy lifestyle</p>

The discovery by Harvard University is based on recent studies on the effects of separation on men, either through death or divorce. The study involved more than 40,000 men aged between 40 and 75 and conducted from 1986 to 1994.</p>
<p style="text-align: justify;">Researchers recorded the condition of each participant every four years based on marital status, diet, exercise and overall health. The results found that the man who left by his wife due to death or divorce consume more alcohol and reduce the intake of vegetables in their diet. This condition is contrary to women. Women tend to increase their vegetable intake and reduce the amount of alcohol when she already divorced.</p>
<p style="text-align: justify;">On the other hand, marriage is also not entirely good news for men. Researchers say that men who marry, may experience weight gain and reduced the time to exercise. But overall, the researchers believe marriage still provide substantial benefits to men&#8217;s health. However, doctors and other health professionals should take over the education task to the men, so they not change their dietary patterns or other health behaviors although they already married.</p>
