<p>There are three main ways to make <strong>early detection of cancer breast</strong>,  namely:</p>
<ol>
<li><strong>Breast Self Examination</strong>, should always be started at around the age of 20 years,<br />
at least once a month. Breast self eExamination performed 3 days after menstruation stops<br />
or 7 to 10 days of your menstrual.</li>
<li><strong>Clinical Breast Examination</strong>.</li>
<li><strong>Mammography</strong>, the investigation by X-ray on breast. The aim is to ensure the presence or absence of change<br />
signs of breast cancer that is not visible during physical examination. This examination is effective for women over 40 years.</li>

<li>Beginning elderly (40-50 years): dry-stained black.</li>
<li>Elderly (&gt; 50 years): aging and skin cancer.</li>
</ol>
<p style="text-align: justify;"><strong>Care for long term:</strong></p>
<p style="text-align: justify;"><strong>Phase I: Clearing</strong><br />
Soap is used:<br />
* Non-alkaline, in accordance with the physiological pH of skin (pH Balanced).<br />
* Clean the face twice daily bath time (morning and afternoon / evening).</p>
<p style="text-align: justify;"><strong>Phase II: moisturize</strong><br />
* Prevent dry skin by using moisturizer and body lotion.<br />
* Extra-dry skin use a body cream or body butter.</p>
<p style="text-align: justify;"><strong>Stage III: Protect (from sunlight)</strong><br />
* Physical: Use an umbrella, hat, and clothing covered.<br />
* Chemical: Apply sunscreen as the foundation to foundation.</p>
<p style="text-align: justify;"><strong>Stage IV: Removing dead skin</strong><br />
Lifting the dead skin cells and impurities on the surface of the skin by scrubbing twice a week.</p>

And the weight stayed off for at least four weeks after the men returned to a lower elevation.</p>
<p style="text-align: justify;">It’s a universal finding that people lose more weight at high altitudes,” says Robert Roach, PhD, the research director of the Altitude Research Center at the University of Colorado in Denver. “<span id="more-464"></span>The really new and exciting thing in this study was taking obese people to a high altitude and showing the same effect we have seen in non-obese people.”</p>
<p style="text-align: justify;">Apparently, the lower oxygen at high altitudes has been shown to dampen appetites and increase metabolism. so, if metobolisme body increases, the burning of fat in our bodies will work perfectly so that it can lose weight.</p>
<p style="text-align: justify;">In the study, 20 men who weighed an average of 232 pounds spent one week at roughly 8,700 feet above sea level, at a research station just below the summit of Germany’s tallest mountain. While at the research station, the men could eat and drink as much as they wanted and were only allowed to take slow walks around the facility, to prevent them from increasing their activity above normal levels.</p>

These agents fall into several classes that include statins, fibric acid derivatives, bile acid sequestrants, nicotinic acid (also known as niacin) and the cholesterol absorption inhibitors. These drugs differ in how they work and the degree and type of the lipid they lower.<span id="more-436"></span></p>
<p style="text-align: justify;">Physicians usually prescribe a drug based on the underlying lipid abnormality. The most common type of cholesterol problem is a high LDL (low density lipoprotein) which is usually best treated with a statin, of which there are at least four on the market. When a patient cannot tolerate any statin, reasonable options include the use of ezetimibe (trade name Zetia); bile acid sequestrants; fenofibrate, which inhibits liver enzymes; and niacin. Referral to a lipid specialist is also very appropriate in such patients.</p>
