Anger management techniques to overcome anger :
- Admit that you are angry yourself. There is no reason to deny it. Anger itself is not wrong. Factors that allows you to make mistakes is how you respond to that anger. If you release your feelings, you also will be better prepared to deal with it.
- Do not give up to your feelings! If you feel will do something you will regret after the anger had passed, better to avoid that situation right now until your emotions go. Take a deep breath and realize that the actions you are doing it is yourself that control it.
- Forgiveness. You must be prepared to forgive, even if the guilty had to do it on purpose or not. Forgiveness is actually not for these people but to ourselves. Indeed it is not easy to forgive and needed training.
- If you already give sorry, do not try to be remembered those mistakes. You will provoke feelings of anger to come back again and this will only make you go back to previous difficult situations that you actually already passed.
